3,000m³ Blenheim Hilltop Earthworks

We moved 3,000 cubic metres of earth to create a level 1,000 square metre platform on a steep hilltop site in Blenheim. This was an alteration to an existing property — extending the usable area so the owners could add to their home while still having a large lawn when finished.

The finished pad offers panoramic views across the Marlborough wine country and surrounding ranges. The project involved precise cut and fill operations, careful material management to balance cut volumes against fill requirements, and final grading to achieve a level surface.
